Arthur was born on April 14, 1927 and passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017.

Arthur was a resident of Brooklyn, New York at the time of passing.

Arthur attended W.W. Smith School and entered the vocational program in high school to become a tool maker.

He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1945.

A service will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017, 10am at St. John's Lutheran Church 55 Wilbur Blvd, Poughkeepsie, NY. Entombment will follow in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery Mausoleum with Military Honors.
