I'm greatful for the incredible journey Tony took us on. Every week we'd tune in and live vicariously through every bite. We miss that for now but look forward to seeing him again in paradise. Matt. 5:28

I never met you but I still miss you. Your wit, your hubleness and your storytelling. It feels like a a good friend is gone.

You seemed to have it all and yet you suffered inside. You were a restless soul. Always seeking something new. I hope you have found the peace now. I guess you never found it in real life.

Rest in peace Chef

I just watched your final two episodes about N.Y.'s Lower East Side and The Bronx.
It was very sentimental journey as a child of the 6os and 70s growing up in the boroughs, it all felt familiar. My dad grew up in the Lower East side, I heard his stories and now yours. Rest In Peace Anthony- you were a gentle giant, a teacher, and great explorer. We are so much wiser for what we have experienced through you. May the beautiful journey continue - in peace.
